You will become quite familiar with balance sheets and other financial statements, as well as the regulations regarding such calculations. Supplementing these studies will be classes touching on other relevant business topics, such as business communication and the basics of investing and the stock market. You will encounter a good amount of math, statistics and numbers in this major, and will learn to think both logically and creatively. This is a very homework intensive major – many hours of problem solving lie ahead of you.
