A Master of Science/Administration of Justice and Security will look excellent on any resume but it will especially shine if you are looking into working in police, correctional facilities, or court operations. A MS/JS will give you the administrative expertise, which will enable you to gain numerous high-level entry positions that are unavailable to most applicants. Furthermore, you will be fully equipped to excel in your positions, which will poise you to climb the management ladder quicker than your colleagues. Typically, graduates find themselves in high-level management or administrative positions within public and private security companies. Also, many graduates couple this degree with a law degree and move into the justice system and often work their way up to becoming judges. Although this degree is not as extremely well known, it is a very prestigious and worthwhile field.
