While completing an AA major in Elementary Education, students will complete their general study courses as well as learn the theories and practices that will serve them for a lifetime of serving children and community. An AA degree will provide the student with the skills necessary to learn to control children, nurture children in an atmosphere of learning and stability, and understand the many learning stages that children go through.

Completing an AA in Elementary Education will place the student on the path to a lifetime of community service and involvement through the nurturing of its young children’s minds. An AA serves as a natural transition for the students whose desire is to continue in their BA.
